How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for group retreats and 1 week for individual or couple sessions. Last-minute bookings may be available depending on guide availability.

What’s the best time of year to visit?

October to November and March to April offer the most pleasant weather. Trails are accessible year-round, but we avoid the hottest summer months and rainy season peaks.

Do I need to be physically fit?

Our retreats accommodate all fitness levels. We offer gentle coastal walks for beginners and more challenging mountain trails for experienced hikers. Let us know your preferences when booking.

Can I bring my family?

Absolutely! We offer family-friendly retreats with activities suitable for children. Some of our sensory awareness exercises are particularly engaging for younger participants.

What if I’m worried about the digital detox?

Our digital disconnect retreats are designed to be gradual and supported. We guide you through the process with mindfulness techniques and explain the benefits of disconnecting from devices.
